Helpful Hands and Hearts
helps everyday people within the Lake Gaston and Roanoke River Valley area deal with their challenging access, transportation, and mobility circumstances. Basic “access” “transportation” “mobility”are small words, but they are critical for maintaining, or even improving, someone’s quality of life. The three primary services offered by Helpful Hands and Hearts to people in need are: constructing Access Ramps, offering Transportation to basic services such as medical appointments or the grocery store, and loaning Powered Mobility Scooters.
